  • Handful of kale
  • 6 broccoli florets
  • ½ inch ginger
  • 1 apple
  • 4 celery sticks
  • 1 tbsp. spirulina (optional)
  • 4 ice cubes (optional)

Juice the lot in a juicer or blender, add ice and enjoy! Serves 2.
