If you’re just getting into yoga like I am and curious about your body and the muscles in use and being stretched, this is a good book to get the information. It is also very useful for those who have been practising yoga for years.
It can be get a little technical, use of long names for muscles some of which take time to pronounce – it explains your breathing, the muscles used and yoga poses. It also explains how the spine, breathing, and body positions are linked.
