Tropical Ice Cream

Serves 4


  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 2 mangoes, frozen
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. maple Syrup (optional)
  • Sprig of fresh mint (for garnish)
  • Chopped nuts (for garnish)


1. Prep the mangoes and bananas, place them in a plastic bowl and freeze overnight
2. Place the frozen fruits, almond milk, vanilla and agave nectar in your Vitamix or blender and whizz until smooth
3. Spoon all contents back into a bowl and return to your freezer to set for an hour or more
4. Serve, garnish with mint or chopped nuts and enjoy when ready.
