Handful spinach/kale 2 nectarines 1/2 banana 1/2 lime 1 tsp. flaxseed Cup of water
Put all ingredients in your blender, except the flaxseed and blend. Pour smoothie in a glass, add the flaxseed, mix and enjoy this nourishing breakfast.
