Nutritious smoothie helps reduce inflammation, boost fertility and energises for you the day!
Serves 2
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 banana
½ mango
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp. cashew butter
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. flaxseed
½ inch fresh turmeric or ½ tsp. turmeric powder
¼ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. bee pollen
- Add chia seed to the coconut milk and leave to soak for 5 minutes
- Pour coconut milk mix into a blender
- Add all other ingredients and blend thoroughly. Add some water or ice to get desired consistency if too thick.
- Enjoy!
