Nutritious smoothie helps reduce inflammation, boost fertility and energises for you the day!

Serves 2

1 tbsp. chia seeds2016-08-11 10.20.36-2

1 banana

½ mango

1 cup almond milk

1 tbsp. cashew butter

1 tsp. coconut oil

1 tbsp. flaxseed

½ inch fresh turmeric or ½ tsp. turmeric powder

¼ tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. bee pollen

  1. Add chia seed to the coconut milk and leave to soak for 5 minutes
  2. Pour coconut milk mix into a blender
  3. Add all other ingredients and blend thoroughly. Add some water or ice to get desired consistency if too thick.
  4. Enjoy!
