This is such a great smoothie packed full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that will help boost energy and vitality, and tastes absolutely divine!
Serves 2
2 handfuls of blueberries
Handful of strawberries
1 tbsp. cacao powder
1 tsp. virgin coconut oil
Handful of kale (optional)
1 tsp. flaxseed (optional)
½ cup water or almond milk
Place all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and blend. Enjoy as a breakfast smoothie or at any other time of the day!
