Skin Replenish Smoothie

Yummy smoothie packed full of vitamins B, C, K, beta-carotene, folic acid, iron, calcium, phosphorus and other minerals to brighten and cleanse your skin. Also good for hair, nails, and helps reduce blood pressure.

  • 1 avocado
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Handful of kale
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp. flaxseed (optional)

Blend all ingredients in a smoothie maker or blender, makes enough for two. Add some water if the consistency is too thick. Enjoy as a breakfast smoothie!
