Refreshing and hydrating watermelon smoothie.
Ingredients
- Serves 4
- 1 watermelon
- Handful mint (leave some for garnish)
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 lime
- 1 apple
- 5 cubes ice
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz
- Pour in jars or glasses, garnish with extra mint and enjoy
