Blissfully Balanced Smoothie

Here’s one of my favourite smoothies to help with balancing hormones!

2 tbsp. protein powder

1 banana
1 tsp. maca powder

1tsp. bee pollen
1 cup coconut or almond milk

1tsp. coconut oil
4 brazil nuts
1⁄2 tsp. cinnamon


Put all ingredients in a blender, whizz and enjoy!
